- American Legal Publishing Online Library
- Covering more than 25 states, the publisher provides access to city and town codes of ordinances and informs visitors of the date of the last ordinance included for each municipal code. Visitors can browse or search the individual codes.
- Building Code Library
- Covering all states, major cities and some counties, this Building Code Library provides information about codes and amendments as well as contacts for the authorities in each jurisdiction. It does not provide the full-text of building codes. Rather, it lists the code type, special application notes, code model and amendment contact information.
- Commercial Real Estate Loans and Structured Finance
- Recent posts to a weblog that offers news and resources regarding commercial real estate loans, structured finance and advisory services.
- Enterprise Geographic Information System (EGIS)
- Provides mapping tools for displaying housing, environmental, emergency management and census data. The feature, Map Your Community, lets you enter a street address to retrieve various thematic maps. You can retrieve thematic maps by using the advanced toolbar, which appears once the basic map loads, or by browsing the topical folders, which appear to the right of the basic map. When using the folders, click "refresh map" to load the new thematic map.
- Global Real Estate Project
- Offers a database of country profiles with a focus on real estate issues. Compare the real estate property issues or trends of up to five countries. Profiles include information about the country's geography, history, people, government, economy, transportation, and communication, as well as a summary of real estate issues and trends, and cultural issues. Each profile also provides additional references.
